Possible Worm

One of my one and a half year old barred rock hens pooped this out today. She’s been acting the same, eating and drinking and she hasn’t lost any weight. Should I continue to watch her or deworm my entire flock?

It certainly looks like a round worm. A local vet may be able to do a fecal float for you so you know exactly what you are dealing with. My local vet will do one for about $15.
