Possible worms?

I’m wondering if it would be super obvious if my chickens had round worms? Went outside and found long, skinny, pink worms attached to what could’ve been a bit of mud or a clump of poop, in the dogs bowl of water. However I’m unsure if it was from the chickens or just because we have been getting rain. Not sure. So I looked in the coop to see if there was any other suspicious looking poop.. there was one dropping that was semi loose but no blood, no worms anywhere. Should I just preemptively treat them all? If so, with what? And how do I treat the coop/run?

How old are they? Are they molting?
Have you de-wormed in the past and, if so, when and with what?
Are they thin? Backed up crops?
What have your environmental conditions been like? Dry or wet?
You can collect a mixed fecal sample and have your vet do a fecal float to find out if they have internal parasites and of which species. Then you can make a better decision for a de-worming protocol.

And how do I treat the coop/run?
Keep them as dry as possible.
