Possibly a rooster?

Starting to wonder if one of my chickens is a rooster it’s aroubd 16 weeks and does a lot of talking but no crowing, it’s always just outside of the flock with its head high looking around and talking crap.

What do y’all think?

Can you get a closer picture or three?

From the side standing normal would help.

I cannot blow this one up big enough to distinguish shape of saddle or hackle feathers and the head is turned hiding the comb.

looks like a hen to me she is just the motherhen of your flock and is protecting and bossing everyone around
