(Possibly) Integrating a single chick into a flock? Help!

We currently have two chicks we're raising to replenish our flock after the tragic loss of one of our hens around a month ago. They're an Australorp and Buff Orpington, bought as pullets and both around 3 weeks old. Despite their young age, it has become hard to not recognize that our BO is most likely a cockerel. The chick already has a huge comb, its wattles already coming in, and it's chasing the Australorp chick around the brooder constantly.

While I'm still in hope of the chick just being perhaps a more confident lady, I'm very worried about what I am to do when the time comes to actually integrate these two with my three Easter Eggers. I'm not allowed to have roosters in my area, and if my BO is surely a he we would most likely have to get rid of him ASAP. Will my Australorp be alright on her own if the situation comes down to it? Should I try integrating them as soon as possible so I don't end up with a single chick? I know it might be too early to call but I just want to prepare for the future :(. I can't get any pics of the BO right now but I'll try to remember and add some tomorrow morning.

Thanks in advance, this forum is always a very big help.

I’m also sorry nobody answered you. I am putting a mixed breed chicken in with my pure bred buff Orpington’s and americana’s… They are really fussing but the mixed breed really wanted to be with the other chickens because she’s all alone. They are fussing a lot, but they are not hurting her really. So I’m trying to just let them work it out.
