possibly pipping under the air cell

This egg is only on day 18, i candled the eggs and it looks like it may be starting to pip..The egg is brown and there is a little circle shape thats alot lighter on the outside, when candled looks like the membrane was scratched off kind of on the inside. Its clearer.
My question is, its alot lower than the air cell....If it is the chick pipping what will happen?

A vast majority of my chicks pip below the aircell "space". They all have hatched healthy.

Is this a bantam egg?
