Possibly sick 5 week old pullets

Hi everyone, I am a new chick momma and have 3 around 5 weeks old. I went out to change their water and give them more feed yesterday evening and noticed that one has a little bit of clear drainage from the nostral and had sneezed. One of the others was "chattering" her beak. Several days ago I noticed what looked like loose stool but since I'm new to this I wasn't sure. I googled causes but thought I would ask here as well. Are my babies sick or is it something else I am missing or not doing?

It's hard for us to know what's up as your last reply in your other post was, "Yes they are still the grower. And thank you for the info on the vitamins. Didn't witness/hear any sneezing this morning and nostral looks fine. Did not see the chatter this morning either but I also was not out there for very long."

What is going on since then? Same thing?

Hi!
Spent quite a bit of time with them this afternoon/evening and no sneezing and no chattering. Nostrals look fine as well, no drainage. I'm still keeping a close eye on them and monitoring for any more signs of anything but I think we are ok.
