Possibly sick chick?

I have a baby chick (just a little over 3 weeks old now) that I noticed limp a little when I took them all out for their first outing. It was only flat grassy area so nothing that would be the cause of a injury. But it fell asleep on my flip flop (I'll insert a picture) and when it got up that's when I noticed the limp and now I just noticed it doesnt seem to want to walk at all now so that concerns me about it's over all health (eating and drinking my biggest concerns) any ideas on how to help it out or any ideas of why suddenly it's now having a issue?.. I took them outside on tue (5-26-20 and it's now 5-28-20)

Shes alive just seems slower then the others and stays to her self but she does eat and drink and I haven't noticed her limping anymore but just seems like she stays away
