Possibly sick chicken? Any help much appreciated!

Oh I would never give up on any of my little ones :] I'm really glad yours got well so quickly. Mine just ate and drank for ten minutes straight, so I'm not sure what brought that on but I need to keep watching her. She also sneezed a few times. Aye aye aye!

The sneeze could be from water or dust getting in the nose. Mine do it occasionally. While they are respectable to a lot of things, they seem to be pretty resilient. I'm learning as I go. Let us know how yours is doing.

Hope your little one gets better soon. Mine is doing very very well. Growing fast eating and even drinking out of the nipple waterer now. i thought for sure i was gonna lose her. Thanks again guys

She started eating and drinking not too long after that post. In the next week I saw her roosting with the flock and following everyone in interest. She is still a little smaller than the rest, but she is definitely growing. I guess she was behind. She is a different color than most of the others, so I'm thinking she might be either a runt or a cross breed and is just different. But she seems totally normal now.
