Possibly sick chicken

I am a first time chicken owner. One of my 10 week old females started almost balling up. She can stick her neck out when she moves around but otherwise looks like this. Not super active. Eating, drinking and pooping ok. Brought her inside and separated her from the others. Thanks in advance for the help.

Can you post some photos of her poop?
What are you feeding?
Is her crop empty in the morning before she eats/drinks?

At her age and appearance, I would begin treating for Coccidiosis. You can find Corid at Tractor Supply in the cattle section.

Dosage for liquid Corid is 2 teaspoons per gallon of water and Corid Powder is 1 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water. Give for 5-7 days as the only source of drinking water.
