We have three 8-9 week old chicks. 2 are Black Australorps(8wks) and 1 is a Delaware(9wk). All 3 are being raised for meat but I've noticed that they seem a bit too small for 8-9 weeks old. They look to be half the size that they should be by now.
I have the whole flock on Flock Raiser until the chicks are close to laying age and I can butcher them. Once a week, they get Mealworms as treats.
Could they be stunted??
