Possum gave birth on the coop

I just got off work and came out to collect eggs and check on the chickens and I was surprised to find a big turd in the coop. I cleaned it up and looked around. I spotted a possum curled up in a corner by the nesting boxes nursing babies. Oh my goodness! I thought I had a secure run. She must've come in this morning when the door opened. I have no idea what to do at this point. Any suggestions are welcome. Please!

Oh my. She must feel safe there. I love opossums and they’re quite beneficial but not to your chickens. Is there a local wildlife group you can call to relocate her and the babies?

i think I found where she got in. Going to fix that right away!

Be cautious, a Broody hen is one thing, but I’d imagine a Broody Opossum would be WAY worse.
I’d get a critter catcher to come out and remove the new family.

I thought possum newborn babies were much smaller?
I'd call the wildlife control.
