Post Count Not Updating

It appears my post count is "stuck" this morning.

No matter how many posts I make (and I've already made several this morning, lol), my count still says 4,161.

Hope this is the right forum for this.

I've read other threads on this and I think it's when the system needs chance to catch up, especially if you are posting quite a lot. I've also had avatar trouble this morning. Would not change at first but now it has

I wasn't on the games & fun threads. A lot of what I was posting to were new member intros.

Okay, I think those weren't excluded from the post count.

I just noticed a brand new member with 2 posts in a chicken section whose postbit said 0 posts. Yes, I'd say something is a bit unusual.

Either it's just the system catching up with itself, not doing every operation instantaneously, or our engineers ( who don't miss much!) are aware by now.
