Here is a shot I took on Friday. This is one of my 5 BOs. Camilla just decided to grow up last week and her waddles and comb really filled out and redden up, she also got a little more "hippie" so I'm hoping that means some eggs soon.

Yep......she's growing up. They grow so fast and in spurts.! I know sometimes...I'll look at mine...like "Are you ever gonna grow?" Then all of a sudden I'll look at them and they have cvhanged almost overnight....LOL The thing I notice is that they grow in spurts.....LOL

For the last 5 days, I have been having the most difficult time posting photos, and finally figured out a round about way which is really time consuming.

The photo below is my confused cockerel who used to feed me. After warning, and help of the Dragon Lady, his desire to feed me was finally diverted to feeding his own species rather than me. Now he started a new past time hobby of sitting in the nest box with the girls while they are laying eggs. When one finishes laying, he goes out with them, joins in the egg song if there is any, then joins the next girl while she is laying. Well, he is only able to help with laying with the young girls, the mature girls are not permitting him to do so. Actually, it is funny to see him being chased; him running for his life, by the adult girls 1/2 his size..

Aveca, he reminds me of your big black boy. He is not as big and as correct as your handsome boy(which I love very much), but still, he is adorable, sweet and really confused...

Oh Lualshannon...that is priceless!!!! The orpingtons are such characters. for entertainment value...best money spent..

Here is buff rooster doing what he does..look at the head underneath his front...he patienty stands there and lets the hens lay eggs under him...I don't think in 30 years of owning poultry I have ever seen anything like this...both hens use him as a comfort birthing center.. this goes on every single day..there were 2 hens hiding under there but by the time I got the camera, one hen dissappered
