I do! Just put a couple of pairs back together to create some blues from one pen and blacks from the other and a few of their eggs in the bator. My stock came from a fellow UOC member. Looking forward to showing some of them next year.

What is UOC ? Do you have pictures? Would love to see them.

UOC stands for United Orpington Club. I will have to get some pictures tomorrow to share, haven't taken any since they have matured and gone thru their molt.

Leni's pen has just a few other nice Orps developing. I've been whackin this pen. Still have a couple more till I am done in here.

I think we all know where Leni came from. He is still growing for a just under 6 month ole. His dad is lookin good after his molt too.

lildinkem - You have some of the nicest orps and a variety of them too! I can't believe that there are so few orps in the shows I'v gone to and there were about 2 in each show and they were all from the same kid!
Great job!

Your right except for the Buffs there isn't a whole lot of folks out there with any. Yet alone showing. I made sure there were a few at the Central Indiana Show. I am taking 8 to Connorsville.
OSUman I like the bright gold hackle feathers on a Blue as well. You don't see that too often. I see it in the Blue Marans. I have one little Blue pullet with the Mohogany Red instead of the bright Gold hackles. She is a darker Blue, which I like too. Unfortunately, I am limmiting myself with these oddities to only two for sure projects. The Mottleds and the Lavs. Including the Cuckoo's too. Okay three different varieties you don't see everyday.
My Mottled pullet is really starting to look like a Mottled. I am taking her to my best Black cock this spring when she starts up

Kathy,

Here are a couple pictures of my black bantam rooster that were taken this evening. He is such a little butter ball.

He has great solid black coloring, nice V back, good comb and very easy personality, oh and he is really good to the ladies.
