Here are our new Buffs. We were told they are about 5-6 months old and pullets. Now we're not so sure (about age and gender). Any advice from anyone with more experience than us? No eggs so far..... Buff #1 Buff #1 Buff #2 Buff #2

I agree roosters. My boy looked like that too around 5 months.. they also have saddle feathers..

try to takea copy and crop it..head and chest..the lines draw your eye in almost heart shaped..

Bella's mother is just so aggressive. My Jack Russel was sniffing the chicks last week so she give him a ferm peck on the nose and a couple of days later, he did it again so she ripped the skin off his nose! I think he even let out a little squeal, Now he has a little pink part to his nose, its not all black anymore.
