Thank you very much,
The Roo's tail is kinda meh, but oh well...

I did the exact same thing today, they have been in the brooder/holding pen since I got them and today was their first time on green grass in a long time.

Nice birds! I love the Orps. Here are my two little ladies. These are bantams and still not quite mature. They need names. I just haven't had an inspiration yet.

Some of Dawn's Buffs. Still don't know who it Butter and who is Honey.
Ole LiL Sweetness and her head with a glimpse of the White boy. ALL snug up against the house.

Sweetness, LiL Peach, and the rest from the Thurston Capt Ron girls cross.

In my Cuckoo grow pen there are two nicer younger Buff pullets also from the Ron girls and Thurston

You should see these two in person! They are really nice. We were able to locate a nice young black cockerel for these. Will pick it up in Shawnee at the APA National. Can't wait to see their chicks.

We now have two of our 4H members with Orpingtons, not counting my daughter. Competition will be tough next show season!

Here you go.
We finally got some rain, and they just got feed again. Very popular time of the day.
For now I am thinking of using a few of the lessor quality Buff pullets to these boys in addition to the Black splits and non splits.

My garbage truck is coming earlier then ever, and I missed culling a few more cockerels out today. Next week two or more will go.

I had my Cuckoo Wyandotte sneak in my top Black Orp pen in May, right when I moved DOC in. And hatched a few with lite eye. That are perfect for my new herd of Cuckoo Lav split cockerels.

I know stoneunhenged and starwalker have lemon cuckoos, but I didn't see any in the pics above where it said cuckoos, so was hoping to see those too.

We're working on lemon mottled here. Looking really cute so far.
