guess it would be nice to add the girlfreinds. shes going to molt any minute..she has that pale Im going to have a mighty molt look latley..get rid of that rooster damage..no more of that with AI. I just love this hen. she has such a super nice wide feather thou they are ready to fall off any min....time to turn in this cheap camera for a better one, maybe santa be nice this year..not to say I would ever take a better picture with it but at least maybe better color would show up..grass might be the green color that it actually is.







and a pullet saw something scarey at the far end of the fence so she came running..I am probably the worst photographer..they move so fast..but its so much fun tryin. pic taken about 2 1/2 mos.

Reidinger and lildinkem your white birds are really Cousins. They look nice and hope they produce for both of you fellows. Young Dave you forgot to state your pullet is 1/2 UK. I know both of you fellows has a lot more lookers at home. Chris another UOC member also has a super pullet that I seen when I was at his place last week. There should be a lot of whites out there at the shows now.

well, there goes my pager again..darn it..lord im at that hospital more than im home...trauma after trauma down there..and hoping to be off to go help some freinds showing this weekend...lots lot fun finnaly and lots of birds to wash...

Could I possibly get some expert opinions on the sex of this 9 1/2 wk old Orpington chick? I've always thought it was a male because it was so big but I just don't know. The waddles throw me, do pullets have little waddles? My LF Cochins are the same age and 2 of those are very noticeably boys.

Looks like a hen to me but I think I see shiny feathers on its back which could indicate saddle feathers making it a boy.
