ThinMintTheChicken
Crowing
This is Peep. She is currently in "chicken hospital" because her legs suddenly stopped working. She gives me the most judgemental looks, but she loves all the extra attention!

Thanks.Aww your EEs are so colorful! The last one kind of looks like how Thin Mint (my profile picture) would look like without the crossbeak.

You got one of those "new" EEs.None of my EE’s had beards.
I know. But you’re making it sound like that’s badYou got one of those "new" EEs.
Agreed. Lots of types of EEs out there. I have a few beardless ones. Ones with yellow skin. Ones with white skin and ones with green shanks.EEs vary alot, not all have beards/muffs, or have pea combs, lay blue/green eggs. Some even have light feathering on legs, white skin, yellow skin, green legs, etc.
No shame.I know. But you’re making it sound like that’s bad![]()
She was supposed to be vaccinated for MareksSounds like possible Marek's Disease.
It developed as time went on. Not visible as a young chick, but it got worse as time went on. I give her mash and oatmeal all the time and she's thriving! Thanks.
Was she born with it, or was it caused by a deficiency, or injury?
