Here is the results of two roosters that I processed last weekend. They were ~20wks. They were from a batch that I hatched in April. I think they were comets or at least whatever you get from hatching 2nd gen comets. Anyway........

These made #3 and #4 birds that I've ever processed, so I'm learning still. I skinned them enough to get the leg quarters and breast out and was done. I don't eat the livers or gizzards, so that made it even easier - I didn't mess with guts at all.
I didn't take any pics of them before I cut them up. I intend to do another 4 or so this Saturday, so I will try to get a pic of them if I skin them all the way out.
I did two more birds this weekend. One was red/white like a comet. The other was the guy pictured below. (BTW, both after pics are of the same bird - just two pics of it)
