Post Pics of your McMurray Birds! (RIR, White Wyandotte, BO, cochins)

Hah! I'd say the same for their Wyandottes, minus the extra feathers of course. . . I don't have white Wyandottes, but my Silver Laced are from McMurray, and they're. . . Well. . . Not what a Wyandotte should look like. Thin, erect tails, varying combs (often too much rose) horrible lacing, very very small bird overall with a skinny body type and for some reason very small eggs. They're growing a little as this is their first year laying, but they're still quite small. But then again, what hatchery Wyandotte isn't carrying some sort of bad trait?

I am not very expierienced in the APA standard but I like how your SLW look they are not all the same but again I dont know much on the standard.

Well, they're eye catchers to my neighbors who actually get to see them, but they really shouldn't have such tails, thin body, poor lacing, and they need a lot more "fluff" and full-body going on. Also, a lot of them have a sort of "immature" look on their faces. I need to upload newer photos of them, most of mine are from December.

For some odd reason I like the uneven lacing, but I hate thin chickens and a to big or to small comb.
