post pics of your runs

i have a coop. im building pens next week but i dont have any run. i need some ideas. please and thanks. cole.

If you look at my BYC page there are pictures of my coop and run....8x16 7ft. tall in front sloping back....1x2 welded wire fence on all of run...dry wall screws with washers to hold fence in place...( I can use a pair of pliers and pull poultry staples out, but cannot budge screws with washers!)

Run is roofed with pole barn tin....

I just used a dog kennel. Attached chicken wire to top (under tarp) and around the bottom

My page also shows my coop and run........it is 6X12 and I have since added hardware
cloth around the bottom and built a pop door out to a large fenced free run area behind the coop that is not covered -

- I do not let them out into that area unless I am home - - too many hawks in the area.

They seem to love having the extra area for scratchin and a peckin!

Mine is 12' x 24'
this pic was taken during construction, and has all of my tools and building supplies inside. It's all complete now, tables and tools are gone, and 6 chickens have the full run to themselfs.
