Wow, Dewey! That's a nice set-up you have there!

Mine was an OLLLLLLLLD set-up that I cleaned up and filled up! LOL DH and I took out all of the existing wire and built a new outdoor run for them. Then, I kept taking on more chickens, so we built the expansion on the back side. My girls seem to really enjoy it. Only problem is, it seems my current set-up is getting smaller by the day as my chicks are getting bigger by the day! LOL

You can see the nursery coop we built for last year's chick here. When this year's chicks are fully feathered and more ready, they'll be moved into the nursery from their brooder.

A little better shot of the actual building. You can't see the expansion very well in either of these shots, but it's in front on the right side in this one.

Here's ours that we just moved the chicks into this week. It's attached to our garden shed. We still have to build the roosts and droppings boards to conserve space so we can stack a couple roosts. And I'll be attaching the nests to the front of the coop so they can be accessed by us from the outside.

well theres 11 chickens in one part, 4 full size male pheasants in the other and 8 pheasants in the 3rd. so thats 23, but my pheasants have 3ft or longer tail feathers. and if it was all open, you could fit 50 bantams in that thing and not be crowded

^^^^
was my post, freaking web site has some bugs in it. But you would love it, iam buildig another just like it on the other side of my back yard
