I live in one of the Chicago neighborhoods. Been on this site for a bit now and see all these beautiful coops. Looks like though most of them are out in larger yards and outside the city limits Does anyone have any pictures of their city coops?

Here is my build thread. Just learning to post pics on this forum so you may have to click on links to my photobucket acount. My coop is in my garage and the run exits out the back and is still a work in progress but almost done. I live in town and you can see how close the neighbors shed is to my garage.

Here is mine - I am within the city (which is the ONLY reason I have only 2 birds). Pay no attention to the rest of the mess going on - we have to put a new roof on the patio and plan on using the old gutters around it to collect rain water. At least my compost bin is right there to easily get all the poop and "materials" cleaned up.

Hey cool, Im in the south west burbs, Hickory Hills....and we are Raising 2 chicks now for our back yard, there 5 weeks old... Im going to pick up a coop this friday, someone my wife works with bought it, but decided to go another route, soo were getting it at a discount : ) yoru in the city ? you mean Chicago or the Burbs...

Our city coop, just finished last weekend:



Waiting for the nights to get a bit warmer and we'll move our 4 chickies outside. Will also be adding a larger detachable run.

We have a regular size backyard and my DH remodeled a garden shed (12L X 4W) into our backyard coop. I'm raising 12 pullets (6 wks old).

I love this one. The other ones are nice too but this one is more like what i am looking to do, which is attached to the house!
