I was talking to someone else, and they walked away, and he said "wow, you got snubbed!" And so I retorted with "yeah, I get that a lot. Subtle Hint, by the way." and then I walked away! But he was nice the rest of the night, after that. He even sought me out a few times to talk.

Maybe I can rebuild this friendship after all....
