I slept through most of the day since the vet's back and treating her for the next three days until she leaves again to treat a stallion with colic at another farm. I feel so much better than the last few days. It's wonderful. asdfghjkl
I hope, now that we know it's glaucoma and not a bacterial infection, that 1: This new glaucoma medicine will heal her eye - fast so I can jump her at San Antoine, and 2: That it won't spread to her other eye. I'm just proud that my baby girl is taking these treatments so well - not refusing them like Diva when she was ill. I think her best friend being next to her makes her a little more... willing to take these shots, you know what I mean? I visited her when I woke up and her ears were perked up and her head was over her stall door like everyone else - she even greeted me with a nicker, unlike yesterday - she's acting like she would if nothing was wrong! Yesterday she was face-to-wall in a corner, but today was sooo much different with Angel by her~

I just spent the whole day with Blake working cattle, we found a stray cat out in the mountains, quite a mystery but now it's laying in a box next to our fireplace and Blake's feeding it. He is so kind <3

That is great news!! I'm so glad she is doing better, I hope the medication works to! And praise goes to you as well for remaining as strong as you can and being there for her!
