I love my mom's homemade turkey dinner. Or my meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Yummy and comforting. But I'm loving that huge KitKat too!

My favorite comfort food used to Be Haagen-Daz Rocky Road Ice Cream. Stopped unhealthy eating habits, don't feel the tiniest bit better .

A friend passed away a few years -at 94, she ate nothing but high fat foods to the max. She had some serious health issue but as I said before she lived till 94.

I won't be around that long, or most of the people I know and care about.

This time of year I am baking and all the comfort foods are mostly desserts! Pumpkin cupcakes, deviled eggs, kiss cookies, all that yummy stuff!
