I got on the wrong subway once, and it took me to Jersey instead of Soho, that was a two hour fail

Renting a dirt bike in Thailand and being asked by the Thai rental guy 'you can ride right?'

"yeah no problem"(not driven a bike in a fair few years)

stuck it in first, pulled away sharply and completely stacked it in a bush outside a bloody irish bar of all places.

In a Human Video I did once, we had to skip around merrily with scarves. (WORST HUMAN VIDEO EVER!! I AM NEVER SIGNING UP FOR THAT TEACHER AGAIN!) Another girl and I crashed into each other.

I have a MISTAKE... people probably have memories similar to mine.
When I was smaller, I was at the library and had picked out a couple books. I walked up to my mom and said something like, "Here, Mommy, can I check out these?" My mom turned around - but, embarrassment upon embarrassment, the lady was some much younger lady whom I had NEVER SEEN BEFORE!! I was so embarrassed! The lady said something to the equivalent of: "Hi, honey, are you looking for your mommy?" I mumbled a yes, ducked my head, and ran to where my mom REALLY stood, looking at movies.
