Those are beautiful eggs. They are about the size of our Polish and EF eggs. So cute. I just bought a 50lb bag of whole corn and they don't seem to like it. Most is still in the run from 4 days ago.

Wow. Mine love whole corn, I stopped buying them cracked corn as a treat and went to whole corn. They seem to prefer it over their mash or the mixed scratch I give them. Those are beautiful eggs. You are living the dream, beautiful green/ blue eggs is everyones joy, just love to look at themYES!
It is amazing how bright orangish yellow the yolks are in fresh eggs!
I have heard feeding corn makes them more organish, but I am not sure. I love eating my fresh eggs, they fry up so nice and pretty and the scrambled eggs are really appealing!
These are not first eggs my babies have been laying eggs for about three weeks, but they sure are small and cute...

Yes they can be very orange. Yolk color changes with diet…commercial feeds add marigold for that purpose. Green leafy veggies also help with darker colors. So sorry about the mishap, those would have been very tasty.
WOW! Those are so beautiful….so sad you cannot enter them in a green egg contest.YES!
