My lovely olive egger, Emma, laid this. Finally after several weeks of squatting

So gorgeous, both the pullet and her egg! Very exciting

I got my first RIR egg on Christmas eve and then another on Christmas day What a gift. Now waiting for the other 5 to start laying. Her egg is the bottom egg the top is to show size comparison. It is from my cream legbar that lays cream instead of blue eggs.

First egg from our proud SLW pullet.
The only telltale signs she showed was really bright berry red wattles and comb.
