Thanks wyo-helpmeet! I noticed on your website you have "wild-caught" yeast sourdough starter. Just wanted to say congrats! that is hard to do. I finally achieved that in 1992 (after many years of trying without success) but am happy to report it has been merrily bubbling away for over 17 years! I make loads of things with it- one of the family fav's is sourdough pizza. Good Luck and congrats again.
