NAME: Ebony
ABOUT: Ebony was bought off a clearley neglectful breeder , who had 20+ packed in small can containers where they could not stand or turn! all the hens where only about 12 weeks ,and he was claiming they were laying! i could only afford one after being srung on unexpected by the market , so stuck my finger in the container , of all the hens only one took intrest , a tiny Blackrock that tried to move to peck my finger! when we got her home the other hens and rooster bullied her for 3 months , she had to live in the house , and was FEISTY! she was friendly but feisty and nearley got killed still by the others several times! after months of this got biger , better and more beautiful and then was accepted into our flock! she survived 3 attacks (stealth and our brave rooster) and then nearley lost her comb to an infection! overcame that and became our fist mother hen! hatched 5 beautiful chicks over the weekend , and currently 6 pipping!!
