I don't usually type in chatspeak unless it's "LOL". I like that one! Otherwise I have to say that unless you are in fact texting, I do not like chatspeak either!

I have an 8yr old DD who has started to SPEAK in text.

She was mad at DS and walked away saying 'OMG, You are such a jerk' and this morning she walked out of my room saying 'BRB'.

And she doesnt even have a phone or email to text!!
