Posting video to FB from your Blackberry

I've tried to send it as an email and as an attachment to an email. Anyone know how to do this?

I use to carry a Blackberry but now I have a Samsung Moment and I have tried to post video but it tells me its too large. I dont get the point of being able to shoot video if its too large to upload!!
