Pot Belly Pig has been mean ever since the Vet

Hey y'all. I'm new. From Mississippi. Well I gotta pot belly pig and he had gone to the vet for worming, tusks trim, hoove trim, and ear flushing. Well I get him back and he won't eat couple days and seems drugged up so I feed him watermelon to get food and fluid into him. It works then he starts getting energy back and eating, swimming, rooting, etc normal ole self except he all of a sudden tries to attack our dogs! Now this ain't normal, they usually play! LITERALLY! I mean if they are on his blanket he'll root em off and they know but he is actually trying to bite them! He turned and bit me once and I needed stitches! Well that was once, I've heard everything from he's turning on you to he doesn't feel good to he's scared. Well I'm sure he isn't turning on me, he did it once and still gets in the bed to sleep with me. He's getting better but he will still do it every now and then if I'm not there to put him in his place! I jus needa know if it's normal or what cuz my daddy says if he bites me again he'll have him put down but I don't want it to happen if he's his sick from over vaccination or what!
