Potential worms? Maybe just intestinal shedding?

If you have never dewormed your chickens they most definitely need it done. Flukes do not just lay on the ground they require a host to survive.
So in that case are the red stringy bits part of the fluke or it like intestinal lining from whatever damage the fluke does?

Thankfully I think I've already found some other posts on here with relevant dosage information so I guess this is just something I'm going to have to take care of. I guess I should just be thankful it only seems to be happening on one of the ones who has no eggs for me to care about a withdrawal for anyways. Of course I'll need to be keeping an eye on the rest though in case they need it too.
