potty training a chicken??

I have heard of people potty training their chicken... how???? I can't figure out how too teach a chicken to go to the bathroom in a certain spot!!!

I was just talking with a lady whose house chicken (recovering from an injury) went to the patio door every time she had to do a business. I don't know if the lady trained her or if the chicken just figured it out.
