Poult can't stand?

One of my burbon red poults is having a hard time standing up. It keeps leaning on the water and gets it butt wet, then it shivers. It will drink by turning its head to the water and sit down to pick food off the ground. I put paper towels under it, sprinkled food down and moved it and the water under the heat lamp. I am feeding them unmedicated game starter.

Any ideas, advice, or help?

It is 8 days old today. I just checked it again and the area around its cloaca is distended and soft. when I touched it watery poo squirted out.
