Poult has leg problem due to hen

When we were out feeding my bourbon red hen attacked an egg that she was sitting on. She broke the egg and had the poult by its leg. We saved the poult. But, its leg has a cut and its starting to swell. I cleaned the leg and put the poult under a heat lamp. Is there anything else I can do to help its leg??
