Poult poop ?!

turkey poult that hasn’t learned how to eat feed it will only eat boiled egg I have tried every thing it has cHicks in with him I’ve tried a mash mixing it with egg and using my finger to guide him he just doesn’t get it . Then when I was just feeding him some egg on the counter he did a poop on the cloth that he was eating on and it was the colour of egg yolk and goopy but solid I didn’t take a picture my bad . Is this poop a sighn of disease ?

could he be blind maybe? that would explain why he won't eat on his own because he couldn't see the feed

I thought about this to but ruled it out as he comes running accross the cage when he sees my hand and can easily pick out egg off the floor and in my hand
