Poult with broken leg

Hi, thank you in advance.
I have a turkey poult that has developed what I think is a broken leg and it's twisting backwards. Please help I don't like to cull birds, photos:

I would put a splint on his/her leg. We used one of those wooden popsicle sticks for our chick when she broke hers.
And maybe put a little bit of cotton (or try wrapping with some cloth) between the splint and her leg so she doesn't get sores. Then, wrap it - the splint - tight with a medical bandage or something.
