Poultry abuse!

In my state, cruelty to animals covers animals, birds and fowl. Start with local Animal Control or SPCA or your state's Department of Agriculture. The veterinarian division of the DOA is who is supposed to investigate cruelty to animals. I can't imagine how painful those beak wounds are to those ducks. There's no reason why such cruelty should not be reported to the authorities.

P.S. There is also: https://www.peta.org/about-peta/contact-peta/report-cruelty/
No! Leave peta out of this. I've followed silently, but I have to speak now against that

Do NOT contact PETA. They euthanize the majority of the pets they rescue, and won’t give plausible answers why.

the poor things! 😭
They are so happy for water🥰 just made my day...
They have been cleaning eachother for a long while. They probably were loud becuase no pool. Ducks HAVE to have water. What's the point of being a duck without water? Some people say don't need it but that's like us without a bath...eeek!
