Poultry Advert!

While I generally disapprove of the grammar and spelling police and consider them to be rude, I don't think it is out of line to suggest the help of an editor for the ads and business cards

Notes on a forum and emails are a different situation. They are quick and transient. I either ignore, or laugh to myself, about spelling or grammar errors (some of them are quite funny) . But grammar or spelling errors in advertising or business cards look extremely bad. Believe me, people notice.

If someone consistently makes serious grammar or spelling errors, it is not out of line to assume that they don't know what is correct. I'm not talking about the occasional misspelling or mismatch noun/verb, but about on-going incorrect use of the language.

OP, be careful with your spelling and grammar in any advertising. If you are not certain, ask for assistance. (note: if you have made grammar or spelling errors in your notes to BYC, I haven't noticed )
