Like with chickens it's often more about the individual than the breed...and with dogs, it's ALOT about the owner and the training.
Also as I said in post that was mistakenly deleted, the training process is not a straight line process. There will be setbacks associated with dogs natural maturation process. More work is to be realized than invested so far, regardless of breed.
