Poultry butchering

I don't live in Md. but I bought a quick pluck on line for 60.00 then all you need is 2 plastic 55 gal drums which are 10.00 a piece here if that helps most places wont process chickens
 
How many are you going to process? If it's just a few, all you really need is a sharp knife, a pot big enough to swish a bird in, and an ice chest or tub of slush to chill the carcass.
 
I butchered for 30 years. As Allyn stated that's all you need. No expensive equipment but a second person really helps
