I was wondering if any of you poultry people would be willing? It is primarily for those that have poultry as an occupation or career.

Plenty are probably willing...BUT...
...very few, if any, here meet the 'occupation/career' requirement.
Those that do, probably are too busy to spend much time here.

ETA: Might want to change your thread title to 'Chicken Career Questions'.
I expected thread to be about chicken sitters for backyard chicken keepers.

Agreed with Aart. Most likely 99% of us simply keep chickens in our yards to provide entertainment, eggs, meat, gardening help. While some folks sell eggs, that is not a primary focus.

I have a background in the commercial poultry bizz but it was so far in the past that most of your questions will only result in answers that are no longer relevant to your questions.
