Poultry Dust?

I found out my chickens had lice and got some poultry dust. The only problem is I don't know how to use it. I read the whole thing and it doesn't have any directions! Funny I know...So how exactly do I use this stuff?? Its says I can't get any on my clothing or skin..Well on me at all....

put some where the chickens like to dust-bathe, some on their bedding, and on the chickens themselves.

It should have directions as far as how often to do it.

When I used the dust I put it in a mason jar, poked holes in the top and shook it onto the birds. Now I use permethrin 10% spray which I just spray them down with at night which is much much easier and cleaner than dusting.

Use the giant shaker idea and sprinkle it over the dust bath area and let the chickens do the work, that's part of the reason they do dust baths
