poultry eating fertilizer...

I am starting my garden and have put 10-10-10 garden fertilizer on the garden and i was wondering if my birds would try to eat it and if they did would it hurt them?I have chickens, ducks ,geese,turkeys who love playing in the garden after I tilled it up.I am working on a way to keep them out of the garden but it won't be finished for a week or so.
