Hello people, i was wondering if the guy that made poultry help website is a member of BYC.
I dont advertise his site or anything, its abandoned anyway and i dont believe it will benefit from advertisment, but,
Couple of days ago as i was searching through my bookmarks, i found that site again, and after watching some photos i couldnt stop and i propably went through all the sites photos. I felt like i was a visitor of their farm. Then i wanted to know more about their farm.
The site was owned by some guy "Pete" and his wife, build in 2000. They had plenty of livestock, goats, chickens, other poultry, and alot more. After reading some texts, i found out he had a stroke in 2003 and had to be on a wheelchair. That made me think "oh at least he has his wife around and they do so much stuff even if he is on a wheelchair" because it appeared from the photos, that they did everything together and had fun.
Then i kept reading and i found out that she got a divorce and left him, they sold everything and closed the farm.
BYC is the biggest poultry community, is this guy in here? I am really wondering. I would be glad to know he is around.
I dont use to stick my nose to other peoples lifes, but since that day, i keep thinking about all that.
