Poultry in Legend & Myth

I'm an aquarian and one of the traits of those born under that sign is we are great collectors of trivia. While researching Sunsinger the duck's name I ran across this tale of The Dragon and the Rooster. Anyone have any poultry myths? Legends? Tales?
