It’s a quail right? I am not overly familiar with them. But they are very pretty.

1st click this: gallery
2nd click the green add media button on the top right of that page
3rd click UPLOAD FILE and find your photo then click SAVE
4th After you have clicked save SCROLL DOWN and click on this under the picture to copy it:

5th Come back to this thread and PASTE that copied link in to a post.
